Philip also worked in development at Columbia College for three years and was the Stewardship Coordinator at Show-Me Christian Youth Home another three years.

In addition to his two undergraduate degrees, he earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia College in 2009.  He has earned the Credentialed Christian Nonprofit Leader designation from the Christian Leadership Alliance and Azusa Pacific University.

Philip is happily married to Theresa, and together they have four children and three grandsons. Philip cherishes his family above all else, second to God.

Philip has demonstrated his expertise in coordinating and leading capital campaigns. He has been actively involved with over 10 major campaigns, all accomplishing expected goals.

His passion in assisting individuals and families with estate planning has provided peace of mind to them while also providing millions of future dollars for charitable causes. Philip works with Financial Planning Ministry (FPM.org) to assist individuals in creating their estate plan with a Living Trust. He has worked with several individuals to set up hundreds of thousands of dollars in charitable gift annuities. These investments pay life-time income with very attractive interest rates. Part of the income is tax-free which provides a charitable tax deduction. Ministry is also blessed with a gift. Also, he has assisted in establishing scholarship funds and advised donors about other specialized gift opportunities they might have.

Philip started Pomagranite – forward gifting solutions because he felt God was calling him to maximize his capacity to motivate Christians to be generous through a Christ-centered understanding of stewardship that is solidly grounded on scripture (2 Timothy 6:17-19).
